Geoloop Leak Seal
Our main product for Radiant Floor Heating Repairs.
Geoloop is a liquid leak sealer designed to seal leaks in radiant floor systems as well as geothermal applications.
Radiant floor systems have been shut down because of small line leaks that can’t be found or fixed.
If a problem develops in one of the lines it can be devastating to home owners leading to costly installation of a partial or whole new HVAC system.
Finding a company that is willing to try and fix a radiant floor leak, the demolition of finished floors and concrete, plus the cost, it may not always prove worth it.
Geoloop will work 80-85% of the time with a repair that will last many years.

Directions for Use:
Shake Geoloop well before using.
If the system contains a glycol mixture, test a small amount of glycol with geoloop and water in a small container. If the solution turns into a buttermilk consistency the system will need to be purged of glycol.
Isolate the line with the leak and use an external sump pump in a at minimum five gallon container.
Allow the water to circulate through the line and monitor the water level drop in the container. This will allow a determination of the amount of water loss.
Add the Geoloop to the container, and allow the solution to re-circulate through the loop.
If the water level holds the leak has stopped. If water levels continue to decrease recirculate an additional 4-6 hours.
Clear the line with air and let it set for 48 hours.
Pressure test the line between 10-20 psi.
When the pressure holds reintroduce the water. If your system contains glycol it can be added back at this time.
